SGM reminder email

Reminder: Gateway Special General Meeting TODAY!

This is a friendly reminder our SGM is today. The meeting will be a great place to learn how to get more involved with the Gateway, run for a position on our board of directors, or eat some free pizza and hangout!

at 4:00 pm

The meeting should only take 25 minutes and the pitch meeting will come afterwards. 

To attend the SGM, you must have contributed to The Gateway in the past calendar year. Even if you've only contributed one article this year, we'd still love to have you at our event!

The meeting is a place for our membership to vote in a volunteer representative to our board, and to vote for a proposed amendment to The Gateway's bylaws.

There will be pizza 🍕 available at the event, so please RSVP below so we know how much to order! If you filled 

out the form but can't make it, please let me know.
