Jillian Buriak, professor and Canada Research Chair in Nanomaterials, who is developing the 24-hour solar cell, more sustainable and easier to produce than ever before.

News - Biofuel research
Get a portraits of:
Lisa Stein, professor and microbiologist, who is developing bacteria that will covert waste methane emissions from oil refineries into biofuels, like biodiesel and isoprene.
Steven Bergens, professor and chemist, is working to bring our carbon footprint to nearly zero, by using excess carbon dioxide to create liquid fuels, simultaneously reducing total carbon and creating useful materials.
