Photo Pitches!

Hello shutterbugs! I hope everyone is doing well and staying safe. As I mentioned in a previous email, The Gateway is still producing content and publishing articles, which means there are some photo pitches available. However, I will keep them limited to things you can shoot at home or alone.As always, let me know if you're interested in any of the pitches and feel free to ask for more details about the pitches.

COVID-19 Related photo story

- If you have taken photographs (safely, while practicing social distancing) of stuff like closed up playgrounds, empty spaces that are usually busy, etc., maybe we can make it a photostory. Feel free to share any photos like this.

Also, quick reminder that the Photo Editor job posting closes on Monday (March 30, 2020 at 10:00pm). If you are interested in being next year's photo editor, definitely ask me any questions you may have.

Photo & Art Show

Although we can no longer hold our traditional event, we would still like to host an online gallery displaying all the amazing work that our photo and art volunteers have created over the past year. If you have taken any photos for The Gateway this year (from last summer until now), please let me know if there are any particular photos you are proud of and would like to have showcased! :)
