Welcome to the beginning of the new school year, everyone! I hope everyone has a great first week hitting up the beer gardens, seeing friends, and settling into your classes. The FIRST OFFICIAL OPINION MEETING OF THE YEAR is happening next Tuesday, September 11, at 3 pm. This is a great chance to meet new volunteers, reconnect with old pals, and get hyped about the year ahead. I'm super excited to see you all there. Also, right after our first section meeting, we're having an OPEN HOUSE! Stay after the meeting to meet tons of peeps, hang out with editors, get some free food, and play Wii Sports (if you can beat our Editor-in-Cheif, Oumar, at Tennis, you'll get a free pitcher of beer. No joke. Someone please beat him, he's too good). This email won't contain any pitches since you'll have a chance to grab some on Tuesday, but still feel free to reach out to me if you wanna pitch out anything or if you have any questions!
