AAAAAAAAAAAA
It's insane that November is almost over! The semester has flown by at lightning speed. I scarcely can't believe it! AUGHSomething very exciting is happening this week! This Friday at 5pm, we're holding a volunteer appreciation party at RATT for all of you! The Gateway will be buying you all free drinks and food, so swing on by, have dinner and some brews, and celebrate the amazing work you've done this semester! You folks are the backbone of what we do here at The Gateway, and we want to recognize you for the fantastic work you do. Awesome work this semester, everyone! Let's keep that momentum and sweet sweet content coming next semester too! We also had out Getaway meeting yesterday, and came up with some sweet satirical article ideas in this google doc! These articles don't have to be super long; they can sit at around 150 words or so, and you can basically be as crazy as you want (just make sure not to name names of anyone on campus; we don't wanna get in trouble for that). Feel free to write as many of these as you want, and send your completed articles to whichever editor you feel it fits with best by 5pm on Friday, December 7, or just to me if you're not sure who it fits with best! Finally, here are the pitches. Deadlines are the usual: Friday at 5pm! Email me of you wanna snag one, and enjoy the rest of your weeks!

App aims to improve students’ mental and physical health
A local dietician worked with some other experts to create an
that helps students track their diets and exercise in order to help with stress and mental health. The app, alongside suggestions workouts, suggests meals for students to balance out their diets based on what restaurants are available on campus, which is a pretty cool feature!
What do you think of this app in comparison to other mental health apps on the market?

Canada Post back-to-work legislation passed
After the long strike, the Canadian Senate has

City of Edmonton dedicates cash to increase internal news production
How much? Just around a cool
. Officials are saying that it's not going towards creating a "propaganda office," but what is PR communications but essentially propaganda?
Also, can't we get money put into ETS? That would be swell, thanks.
