Draft of new Alberta K-6 curriculum released

The UCP government released a new version of the revised K-6 Alberta curriculum. Critics have pointed out the lack of teaching about residential schools until Grade 5 and overall changes being "developmentally inappropriate," among other issues. The testing of the new material in classrooms begins in September. What needs to change before then? Give us your take on the issue with this column!
