You made it through some rough years at university, so make sure you take time to appreciate what you went through. U of A climbs in QS Rankings for 2023U of A is back on the up-and-up-again for QS Rankings! Despite their drop to 126 in 2022, the university has risen to 110 for 2023, the highest it has been since the pandemic started. Do you agree with this ranking? What could this mean for students applying in the Fall?

MacEwan University design students worked with Edmonton Transit Services to create solutions for transit safety. Some of the solutions include apps to show friends that you're trip was completed successfully and infographics showing resources for transit safety. What's your opinion on this? How will this help university students?There's a possibility of getting an interview with one or more of the students involved with this project!

COVID-19: Deaths rise this yearDespite the repeated messages of COVID-19 getting better, the recent numbers of COVID-19 deaths for 2022 show an increase from 2021. How will this be affecting student life? Will the university be addressing this by the Fall term return to campus? Should U of A be considering more hybrid courses?

Take a look at the rising prices of gas around town and across the country. The prices are making it more and more difficult for anyone to be able to afford gas, especially students. What's this mean for future students? How would this affect students who need to drive into the city? How might this impact the future infrastructure of Edmonton?

Edmonton workers from Keywords Studios voted to unionize creating the first video game sector union. This sector has been notoriously bad for employees. What could this change mean for these employees? Will this help? Should more video game companies be doing this?
