New university budget proposal includes increases to multiple rates

to increase meal plan rates, residence rates, and international student tuition. There are no overall cuts to the budget, though, a shit from last year when it was cut by four per cent across the board.

The plan will have to be voted through via the Board of Governors in order to be approved.
