City to spend $4.7 million more on snow clearing this winterI think we can all agree that the snow clearing last winter was abysmal at best. Included in this plan are six months of child care support and financial assistance for basic living expenses, like food and rent. With the rise of inflation, will these expanded aids be enough to help incoming Ukrainian people?

After discussing their options, councillors decided it would be too costly, and that there isn’t enough time to set them before winter. Are there any options the city should consider? How will this impact the rising homeless population?
