Alberta commits to lifting COVID-19 restrictions

Jason Kenney promised Albertans that he would begin lifting COVID-19 health measures. One of the changes is removing the vaccine passport program. In response, many municipalities have renounced the changes, and promised to keep the restrictions in place, including Edmonton. Is it time to remove the COVID-19 restrictions, or still too early for such changes?
