Edmonton moves forward with drug decriminalization strategy Following a 5-0 vote, city council has voted to move forward with the development of a decriminalization strategy in an attempt to prevent the drug poisoning epidemic in Edmonton. While many support this move by city council, others worry that the healthcare system and social programs aren’t quite ready. Is decriminalizing drugs the right call, or should city council explore other ideas?

NASA Survey on academic restructuringThe Non-Academic Staff Association (NASA) conducted a survey, asking its members how satisfied they are with academic restructuring. Look at the results, and write a column on them! You could also try for an interview with someone from NASA.

UAlberta letting go of Humanities Centre?Explore claims that plans are in place to lease or demolish Humanity’s Centre (HC) by 2023 and there will be no replacement. This pitch will likely require a couple of interviews with faculty and administration!
