Chemical engineering students create natural lipstick

Some U of A engineering students have created

Seleste Lipsticks

, a natural lipstick brand for a reasonable price. This looks really really cool so interview them about how they came up with the idea, how they designed the lipsticks, and what their plans are for the business.

Half of Canadian species in decline

A report from the World Wildlife Fund says half of Canadian wildlife species are in decline. They also found that, in general, the species at risk act hasn't made a difference in how quickly wildlife is declining. This is a big deal, talk to a conservation biologist and find out how accurate they think this report is and what its implications are.

Profile a space guy

Chris Herd is an Earth and Atmospheric Science Professor and the curator of the university's meteorite collection. He's also helping with the 2020 Mars Rover mission. He would be a very good person to profile and ask about his life, how he became interested in space, etc.

Do a club profile!
