U of A's Dr. Lorne Tyrrell was chosen for the 2022 Hepatitis B Foundation's Blumberg Prize!
The U of A joined peer institutions across Canada in signing the Scarborough Charter on Anti-Black Racism and Black Inclusion in Canadian Higher Education.
A U of A second-year medical student was part of the 2022 class of Canadian Rhodes Scholars, in one of the most diverse cohorts to be elected! Only 11 scholars were elected across Canada!
