Hey everybody — Areeha here! Hope everyone is doing well! Here are some info for the week: Deputy Editor job postings are up! It'll be Wednesday and Thursday at 5:00 PM. Wednesday will be virtual and Thursday will be in-person at room 273 CAB. We'll be doing some useful skills like interviewing, pitching stories to your editor, and writing for an audience! Murray Sinclair, the former Canadian senator and chair of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada, is to receive honorary degree from U of A!  U of A's Dr. Alexander Doroshenko will be talking about vaccine safety surveillance in the time of the COVID-19 pandemic in a webinar on Friday from 8-9 AM!  U of A sociologist Sara Dorow’s research team found that oilsand workers face inordinately stressful conditions in work camps.  The Dentistry/Pharmacy Centre has officially been renamed the University Commons.
