Hey everybody — Areeha here! I am now the Gateway's 2021/2022 News Editor. I'm super excited to work alongside the rest of the News team in this upcoming year!
If you're looking for a pitch, you've come to the right place. This is a great time to take on some news pitches before the busy school year begins. If one catches your eye, respond to this email and let me know! As usual, stories are due by 5pm Friday.
Next week we will also be resuming volunteer meetings for the News section. If you are looking to attend weekly meetings for the remainder of the summer, fill out
poll to determine the time. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns and I'd be happy to help out.
If there's a particular news story you'd like to write, feel free to pitch it to me. If you need anything at all, shoot me an email at [email protected]
