Hello news team! It was so wonderful to meet all of you last meeting! I'm so happy so many of you have shown an interest in news writing!Those of you who wrote this week, I am thoroughly impressed with your first articles! For those of you who have yet to write, I'm super excited to see your work this week! Today's meeting will be a fun interactive workshop on ledes! For those of you who couldn't attend last meeting, a lede is the starting phrase of an article! Attend tomorrows workshop if you want to practice the craft of writing a catchy lede that draws in your audience! This workshop will include doing some breakout room activities! This is a great way to get to know some of your fellow news writers! New volunteers, please don't be afraid to attend today's meeting! We can get you up to speed on everything!
