It's pitch time!

Hey everyone! Happy almost-Halloween! Recently, there has been a post circulating Facebook warning people to avoid the rollerblading guitar guy because he's a "predator". I would like someone to go out and find this flyer, do some research, and get the real skinny on this.

The scientists here at U of A just keep doing great things. This technique "removes one of the main toxins from water used for bitumen extraction," and is a huge breakthrough. Go science!

This is another win for researchers. Out-of-the-box research can be incredibly important, especially in cases like this, and can make breakthroughs where other research fails. This would make a great marble pedestal!
