Hello everyone! Here are the pitches for this upcoming week:

• Avatar (the band)

  • We are doing an interview with the metal band Avatar and there is one photo pass available! They will be performing in Edmonton on May 31 at The Ranch Roadhouse. If you want to practice concert photography, this would be a great opportunity!

• MacEwan bees

  • Article about the bees on MacEwan's roof (https://www.macewaneats.ca/urban-beekeeping/). Someone can go visit MacEwan's beekeeping project and take photos of it!

• Jason Kenney relaxes the liquor laws

  • This article could use a photo of liquor bottles or maybe a liquor store

•  Birth control

  • This opinion article could use a photo of a patient room or a clinic or anything else that represents health care

• Another case of measles in Edmonton

  • This article could also use the same type of photo as the birth control article (something health care related)
