Have a blast with these A&C pitches!

Hello peeps!.Just a reminder that The Gateway is partnering with Metro Cinema to have monthly movie nights at the Garneau Theatre. This month's movie is Everything Everywhere All At Once on Wed Sep 21. Free admission for the peeps that show their student ID (so not just for UofA students!).Speaking of movies, there's a chance that Illustration volunteers can make the next Gateway Cinema movie poster like this one! As much as I'm having fun making this last week, I want other Gateway volunteers to have a chance to get their art showcased.

If movie posters are not for you, making article and/or column headers are also fair game. So if you are a digital artist or know a friend who is one, I encourage y'all to submit a portfolio of past works (preferably digital but you can include traditional stuff as well). And as always, check out the leftovers and new pitches for this week!- Arthur :)P.S. This week's workshop (Emailing and Interviewing for Articles) is already in the A&C Volunteer Folder as the email and interview templates ;)Contact Info (for taking pitches or overall questions):Email: [email protected]Slack DMs (invite link valid for a month)Office Hours (visit me in the office, 3rd floor SUB): Tue 2 - 4pmFri 12 - 3pm
