Arts and Culture pitches! (May 24)

Arts and Culture Pitches!

These pitches will stick with you!

Hey y'all! It's Jin here!

I don't really have enough slap-stick humour to last me an entire newsletter, but hopefully that's enough! I'm not a huge hockey fan myself, but the level of noise on days that the Oilers play gives me second-hand info about how well they're doing.

I'm going to be in Vancouver this week (I'm there now, actually!) so I'll get to my emails in the evening if you'd like to take a pitch. I probably won't be able to do any editing until Friday though, but if you need something urgently, feel free to reach out to Emily at

!

If anyone is interested in joining a Discord,

is the link! We're still planning out how we want to use it, but it'll be used in a more casual manner than Slack is currently. Ideally, we'll have more frequent casual socials on Discord in the future! No pressure to join though; the Discord will not be used for anything related to actual work.

Also, if you're interested in doing a deputy editorship over the summer, this is the time to check it out! The

posting is here, but make sure to check out all the postings! Applications will be accepted until May 27 at midnight, so if you're planning to apply, don't delay! :)

And without further ado, the pitches!
