I can't believe I'm coming up on my last month on staff :( sad face. I've been having a fun time eating a slurpee every two days though— I'm working my way to that free tenth slurpee so make sure to cheer me on!

Pitches for the Week:
Attend the Ordinary Deaths book launch!Published by the U of A Press, Ordinary Deaths is a book that reminds us of why we need connection when experiencing death and loss. Written by Samuel LeBaron, the book launch will feature his conversation with Julie Sedivy, an author and editor.
The event will be happening virtually on August 18 at 7:00 p.m. so let me know if you're interested in attending or speaking to LeBaron!
Talk to Tennyson King!King is visiting Edmonton on August 25 at The Backyard! If you're a fan of his music, or just indie-folk rock, let me know if you'd like to talk to him ahead of his performance date!
