Stay home and vote!
There's one more piece of Arts and Culture housekeeping that needs taking care of, and that's deciding on a time for our online pitch meetings! In case you're new to Arts and Culture or just forgot about pitch meetings over the summer, during the school year we have weekly pitch meetings where volunteers can choose stories they're interested in or even pitch their own articles. Some of those pitches are usually included in the pitches email sent out later that day, so it's a great way to get first pick on a story you might be interested in. The meetings are also an objectively fun time and great way to get to know other volunteers.Weekly pitch meetings for this semester are set to begin online next Tuesday (September 8) at 4pm, but that could change. Before we start pitch meetings I want to see what times work best for the most volunteers possible, so I've set up a survey which you can find HERE.I'm hoping to get enough responses by the end of the week so that I can be sure I pick the best time for the most people. The survey shouldn't take too long to complete, and I would appreciate all of your responses. If you can't decide what times work for you, just close your eyes and choose whatever times your heart tells you to (except for the ones where you're busy).
