Hey everyone! Jin here!
Hopefully everyone has had the chance to vote in the poll I sent out last week! Considering I recognize some of the names in the poll and that there's 19 responses, I'll make an educated guess and say mostly everyone who was going to fill it out already has.
The time everyone has decided on for in-person meetings is... Wednesday from 2 - 3 p.m.!
Online meetings will take place Wednesdays from 5 - 6 p.m.
Pitch emails with leftover pitches will likely be sent out Wednesday evening at 8 p.m. or so, or I'll send them out Thursday afternoon at 2 p.m. I'll see what works best on the regular and get that set up.
The online meeting links will be sent out at the same time as the meeting reminders. Meeting reminders will be sent out Wednesdays at 1 p.m. and within those emails will be the 5 - 6 p.m. virtual pitch meeting links.
